RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For a refund or return request please submit the Return or Replace request or contact us at support@gracebucket.in or WhatsApp/call us at 8420895015.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition and must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
We accept returns/exchanges only if:-
- the product received is damaged, or
- the product received is not as described in the description.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
For Returns: Once a return request is made we will generate a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 1-3 days, the return gets delivered to us in about 3-5 days (tracking id will be shared with you).
Once the return is received and inspected we will issue the refund:
- For Prepaid orders (using a Debit/Credit card or any other online payment method), the refund will be initiated directly to the bank account or wallet used for payment at the time of purchase. It may take 5-7 days to reflect in your bank account.
- For COD orders, there will be a manual refund and you will have to provide Paytm, Gpay, or PhonePe number/UPI id.
Generally, this whole return & refund process is completed within 7 days.
For Exchanges: Once a return request is made we will generate a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 1-3days, it gets delivered to us in 3-5 days, then we verify it and ship the replacement within 1-3days (you receive tracking details for the same) and it gets delivered to you in another 3-5days.
Generally, this whole exchange process is completed within 12 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please call/WhatsApp us at 8420895015. (we typically respond within 12-24 hours.)
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit the Cancel an Order request. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
