RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 15-day unconditional return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and must be sent back in the original packaging with all accessories.

For Returns

A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address within 1â3 days of your request.

The return package typically reaches us within 3â5 days (tracking ID will be shared).
Refund Timelines:

COD Orders: Refunded on the same day of pickup. You'll need to provide your Paytm, GPay, PhonePe number or UPI ID.

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated to the original payment method. It may take 5â7 working days to reflect in your bank or wallet.
The entire return and refund process is usually completed within 7 days.
For Exchanges

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 1â3 days.

The returned item reaches us in 3â5 days.

After inspection, the replacement is shipped within 1â3 days.

Delivery of the replacement product takes another 3â5 days.
The full exchange process is typically completed within 12 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you havenât received your refund:

Check your bank or wallet account again.

Contact your bank or card provider, as processing delays may occur.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please submit a Cancel Order request.

If the order has not been shipped yet, it will be cancelled immediately.
