RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 15-day unconditional return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and must be sent back in the original packaging with all accessories.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
For Returns

A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address within 1–3 days of your request.

The return package typically reaches us within 3–5 days (tracking ID will be shared).
Refund Timelines:

COD Orders: Refunded on the same day of pickup. You'll need to provide your Paytm, GPay, PhonePe number or UPI ID.

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank or wallet.
The entire return and refund process is usually completed within 7 days.
For Exchanges

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 1–3 days.

The returned item reaches us in 3–5 days.

After inspection, the replacement is shipped within 1–3 days.

Delivery of the replacement product takes another 3–5 days.
The full exchange process is typically completed within 12 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or wallet account again.

Contact your bank or card provider, as processing delays may occur.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please submit a Cancel Order request.

If the order has not been shipped yet, it will be cancelled immediately.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
